Default Charity?

I am not really sure how this works but I was told to come here to search for the help I need. I am needing to lose over 150 pounds and I am fighting disability and I live with my son. I do not have a income but I am needing a exercise bike really bad to help me. I am asking for donations for this or if someone has a exercise bike they are willing to donate. I am sorry that I did this but I do not know where to turn.

Perhaps there is a local Freecycle.org group and among them someone would eventually have an exercise bike to give away? You can post a request for that on Freecycle. (Here, technically, I'm not sure it is allowed.)

Craigslist craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums and your local newspaper classified ads are a good source for greatly discounted bikes or other exercise equipment. Those items hit the re-sale market frequently as many people give up on them after an initial period of enthusiasm. Craigslist and some newspapers have sections for free items, too.

You can prob find a free exercise bike on craigslist if you search enough or scout garage sales on the weekends for a really good deal.

Also diet will be a big part in addition to the exercise. Hang in there and be consistent!
