Helping People - Armand Tomo

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I recently built a complete 65 bed hospital in the Caribbean and I also donate to many charities. The problem is sometimes with the more you give the more you realize what more needs to be done. So sometimes you feel bad that you can't help the whole world. By doing what you can, no matter what it is you will help someone. When I was working in the caribbean I was having an heated arguement about getting the work done faster and to stop the bureaucratic nonsense. The hospital was 90% complete and I had a problem getting the Ok for people from other islands to come for treatment. So, this agent is saying "...who do you think you are to come here and tell us how to run our country, who do you think you are, tell me, who do you think you are". Before I could say a word this seven year old boy who just received treatment for a fall out of a tree yells out "He's the director of this place, who the hell are you". The guy looked at me and signed the documents to allow people from other islands to come for treatment. Sometimes just a smile on a childs face is all the help and reward you need to feel good about what you're doing. - Armand Tomo, New York

I don't know if you are aware that you could feed hundred of children , and plant trees all over the world [ among other things ] by going to sites that sponsors will donate money every time you click in the particular charity ==== I do hope that you take a few minutes of your time , and without spending a cent help those who are in need ---- thank you ------ here is the link from this forum New Bulk Donators

Donate your time. Some charities don't have a problem raising money, but they have a problem getting enough volunteers to carry out their mission. For example, Meals On Wheels could always use delivery drivers.

I recently spent some time at a care center for the elderly - had a nice time just meeting people and listening to the stories. One can learn a great deal just getting away from the everyday and spending an afternoon there.

Will take the family next.
