I'd just like to say that these things, whilst well intentioned, are incredibly bad ideas. I have a friend who runs a free donation site called The Environment Site and he really dislikes these 'bulk donation' programs because nine times out of ten the person click doesn't even see the adverts, thus the advertisers aren't happy and they don't continue to advertise, thus your free donations dry up.

Your intentions are good but please visit the websites themselves to make your clicks.

While I can respect your opinion, we feel that our donators do the exact opposite. Because we save time for those that are truly wanting to help these organizations, they have the time to click on a few of the advertisers each day (which they wouldn't have if they were going to each site one at a time) We explain that them simply clicking on the bulk donators is a bad idea for everyone.

The technology exists. If we didn't create them with explanations on how they can help by giving people time to click on advertiser buttons and as well as save people time surfing all over the net, then someone else would without the encouragement of visiting the sponsors.

As long as people appreciate that the clicks/donations are only free because people are paying to have their adverts there

We try to get that point across: our explanation above out bulk donators:

We are providing the following bulk donators because the technology to make them exists and if we didn't provide them, someone else would. While these are very convenient and will save you a lot of time when donating to the free click charity sites, they have the potential to be detrimental to the free charity click sites.

We must remember that the sites that receive money from free clicks do so from the advertisers. If everyone starts to use bulk donators and skips all the advertisments, then advertisers will be much less willing to sponsor these sites. We therefore ask that if you use our bulk donators, that you visit at least a few of the sponsor advertisements that appear in the windows. This will guarantee that this form of advertising remains viable for the charities while also saving you a large amount of time in the process of donating to these worth causes.

That sounds fine, I love these kind of sites as they do such good work so I'm sure they appreciate all the extra promotion.

Because of health conditions I can't go do work at these charities but I donate money to my churchs once a month collection for Hunger. I send food to our food pantry but I also like to be able to click. It is another way to help when I am confined to home.
