As always the samples are completely free to you and your school. Response to this offer has been tremendous each year, quantities are limited so order for your school today. Your
free samples can not be shipped until we receive and process your request.

Samples are for distribution to all of the 8th grade girls in your school.
How do I order?
There are three ways to order. They are listed below:
Fill in and return the order form you received with your Get Fit/Stay Fit Teacher's Guide and Program Posters. Your order form should be attached to the cover of the guide. Many teachers have also received an order form via fax. This order form can also be used to order your free samples.
