Offer still valid. You are actually getting this from Johnson and Johnson. All they ask for is your name, address, and if you have a telephone number that you would like to share with them. They DO NOT ask for the baby's due date or how you heard of them. Once you order the new mothers kit, you will recieve it in 5-7 business days (Monday-friday, excluding any holidays).
I recieved my mothers kit and only GOT a coupon for Free Desitin and Free Pediacare. None of the other thigs that were listed by others.

That's odd. They DID ask me the baby's due date and where I heard of this offer.
