It doesn't look legit. The site just registered on 4/21/10. It's registered through Contactprivacy.com so you can't find out who owns it.

Got curious and did a little more research:
No one answers the phone number on the site. You just get an unprofessional voice mail. I googled the address and got Quality communications, but when I called the phone number for them I got someone's home phone. (Maybe they've posted other scams using that address?) The patent number is for a similar item meant for use in hospital delivery rooms only (Infant transport device - Google Patent Search) Looks phishy to me.
