This 8in.x3.5in. card is part of the Back to Sleep campaign, an effort to educate families and caregivers about putting healthy babies on their backs to sleep, to help reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). This double-sided card shows a safe sleep environment on one side and lists ways parents and caregivers can reduce the risk of SIDS on the other side.
