Re: What are You Cooking Today?
Today I made my own version of fried rice. I used up some left over pork from Sunday that came out a little too dry, rice (obviously), 1 egg, a capful of sesame seeds and minced onions, canola oil, soy sauce and some left over duck sauce from the last time we had chinese take out.
It came out very good. I will definately make this again when I need to use up leftover pork, chicken or beef!
