You have to be very careful with the reward cards. When I had mine, I used to use it as an excuse that it was okay to buy something. "I get miles toward a ticket, why not?" attitude. If you have the sicsipline to pay them off, I think they're great. You need to be very aware of what motivates you to spend though.
