We have to put our trash in trash bags or large plastic bins here, too. But I don't buy small wastepaper basket bags for indoors. Instead, I recycle the grocery-store plastic bags as liners. I try to reuse these bags, too, at Aldi...until they're literally falling apart at the seams! Then I collect 'em and deposit them in plastic-bag recycling receptacles (try saying that three times, fast!) in front of some of our grocery stores.
