It depends on how complicated/how much you think you will use. The folks I know who coupon ALOT use a binder, and add baseball card pages. That will give you 8 or so slots per page and keep more coupons exposed for easy viewing. When I used one, I set it up by category arranged in the order I would need them at the grocery store I most often used. An additional page (or more) was used for qualifiers for rebates or promotional items. Feel free to ask if I'm not clear, or if I can help in some way.
