By the way, Southwest has always offered vouchers that have to be redeemed at the airport!! Yuck! The last time I wanted to use one, I talked to the 800# SWA person. She told me to book my flight (on the internet- DING special) and then send in the voucher, the boarding papers, and a cover note to the refund dept and they would refund the money!! I did that. The refund dept said the process would take about three weeks. I am awaiting the refund and the remaining voucher money so I can book my next flight. She also told me that SWA changing to a electronic "credit card" which CAN be used online. I think that is terrific news.
