My financial pet peeve is bank fees! My husband used the bank card from our old bank by mistake and instead of refusing the charge like they should have since the money wasn't there, they charged us a fee for insufficiant funds. Then, because it's our old bank that we don't use, we didn't even realize what was going on and the fees kept coming....and coming. A thirty dollar charge turned into over $300.
Ridiculous! Ok, sorry. I'm done now.
