I don't think that the credit reports show "pays more than the minimum." They show the amount of your minimum payment, and how much you paid when it was most recently reported. If you pay at least the minimum on time, it shows "pays as agreed." The FICO score considers your outstanding account balance relative to your credit limit. So it otherwise doesn't matter how much you paid in relation to the minimum amount required.
