Default Re: CLUE Report for buying a house

CLUE stands for Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange. This is a report that details the insurance claim history of you and the house you own.

I guess there is some problems with houses that have excesive insurance claims. I read an article that sometimes if a house has a bunch of claims, you can't get insurance for it even if you have never made a house insurance claim yourself.

I think it's recommended that you get a CLUE report for the past 5 years of any new house you're thinking if buying. This can also help you find possible problem areas of your house.
