I haven't had any problems with USAA.
I don't have direct deposit though and they are doing away with quick deposit at the UPS store. Now deposits will be done through the USPS, but USAA will supply postage. It will take longer to post to an account.
But they also have deposit from home using ones scanner.I haven't done it yet, but plan to soon.I was told over the phone it was simple.I hope so!
Telephone customer service with USAA is a lot better. I haven't had to wait forever like I used to with BOA.
I have read some negative things about BOA credit card operation since they
bought MBNA.
I am so glad I am out of that scene! They are nothing but predators chomping at the bit to gouge you with fee after fee if they get the chance.
