I have had a BOA CC for almost 2 years. With theor change over/ merger with MBNA, they lsot my online payment. I have called over 5 times in the past week and finally today it was resolved. They other times were before the due date and they said that Yes we can see your payment, it will post on your due date.
Strike 4, but who is counting,
My father and I share the same first name MI and last name. So BOA thought they would be kind enough to combine our online profiles, so after 2 phone calls and over an hour on the phone, they are supposed to be seperated............
I guess we will see
UPDATE: NOT ONLY DID THEY CHARGE ME A PAY BY PHONE FEE BUT A LATE FEE FOR THEM LOSING MY PAYMENT. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN THIS MORNING FOR THEM TO FIX IT. I GUESS WE WILL SEE AT STATEMENT TIME
