I have some invites to VirtualBank. They are currently offering a $20 sign-up bonus when you open an account with them with a referral from a friend, but they do require an initial $100 deposit. There is a 30 day hold, but once that is over there is no minimum required and no monthly fees. That means your getting a 20% return on your money in a month. There current rate is 2.6%.
