First pare the gift list down, so you can give meaning loving gifts to those who mean the most

If you must give gifts to those you are not particularly close to:
1. gift baskets (made from samples collected throughout the year)
2. shop garage sales, clearance, thrift
3. baked goods (most people love these!)
4. Nice cards (bought for up to 75% off in January) with a nice family photo (shutterfly has cute border designs)

Focus on your immediate family, closest friends---Christmas can become a rat race if you let it.
