I made it in a pot with the sauce and the spinach and the ground meat all in one pot then made the fettuchini noodles in another and combined, so sort of a cassarole, and I didn't have any goat cheese or riccotta but it turned out ok. Satisfied the craving anyway. I never liked spinach but man dumping it in the pot last night, boy did it smell good!
I think I am going with the white chili like stuff, cause I can make it at naptime and forget about it for the most part
. (Pizza while fun is a lot more work!) , hm mental note, do not take a nap today!
