I used to add it in bread, pancakes and stuff like that. But I would add just about 1 tblspoon instead of spoon of flower to the whole batch. Didn't notice any difference, but saved a few spoons of flower. Baby cereal costs more than flower, but I used to get it free from Wic and my son didn't want to eat it anymore, and it was almost expired. I still have some left that I was getting for my daughter, I just add a little to a bottles of milk that I give them. They think if the milk is in the bottle it's a treat, even tho they get exactly same milk in the cup.
