I hope the same for my parents! They would also be 100. My mother gave me a book once about making the tough decisions about care and nursing homes. After looking at this discussion, I think it's time for me to quit putting it off and read the book. Then talk with my parents. I think the book is also about how to deal with the feelings you have when you have to put your parent in a nursing facility because it is beyond your ability to care for them. Thoughtful of her to try to help me before it happened to me and for her care. She loves me alot to do that.
