I have capital one and I pay it off when I use it. They will be nasty but to them it is a volume game. Until the bottom line starts to hurt them they will continue to abuse folks.

Get even by telling as many people how crappy their service is and ask those people to tell as many people as they can. It costs money to get people to sign up...It costs you nothing to spread the news about them as widelyas possible.....You can hurt a company that hurts you..it just takes a little effort on your part!
