Yes, you'd think this should just be funny, but I actually do pay at least one 'Paper Statement Fee' (or whatever it's called) with my State Farm Insurance. I pay my auto insurance monthly with them, and they won't/can't take a credit card for those payments they must be mailed in. For me to mail it in, they have to send me a bill, therefore I have to get charged the 'Paper Statement Fee'. But the rates are so reasonable that I'd be losing money to switch!
