Speaking of service:
Lands End has a 'Whatever. Whenever. Always.' unconditional gurantee for their items. A friend in college had a sweater from there for 4 years that started to stretch b/c of how she washed it, and they replaced it no questions asked. Pluse, they have an overstock area online that, as of today, has "782 items found in Overstocks for 'under $10' ". Hmmm... Holidays are coming...
We should start a list of absolute guaranteed items, or great service companies, that way everyone will know what's the best bet when they come across it in a thrift store or yard sale.
