There are many great companies that back their products...most of the time all you have to do is call their 1-800 # and explain the problem. I have done this with Rival, Zatarain's, and even General Foods when online coupons don't all print out. Not only do they email within 24 hrs but they also send out an additional packet of coupons for all types of products/brands they make. Any company that has great customer service gets repeat business as it makes all the difference that your not just $$ signs to them, but consumers.
