Eat a healthy diet and exercise 5-6 hours a week and I'm certain you'll get healthy and fit, and drop any pounds you might need to lose. Why would you exercise 5-6 hours a week and eat so much fat and salt via McD's? To me that makes no sense, and it sounds downright repulsive, thinking of eating all of that cr@p.
