Around here, it's usually around the middle of November when I have to turn on the heat. This year, winter is early (I just hope it's not as long as last year when we had all that rain out here!) and it feels like it's already time to turn on the heat.
I'm not looking forward to having an extra couple of months of higher gas bills.
