Didn't do too much. Spent the day baking and freezing. My mom was impressed! It will be so much easier to come home from work and have things thawed out and ready to heat and serve. I'm big on salads and vegetables but this doesn't take long to do. Usually make a big salad to keep in fridge and it will last two days.

I think today will be my dump store day, lots of little errands and getting the garden cleaned up. Planning to catch sales at the local food stores which means hauling my trusty coupon container....all neat and organized. Still picking tomato's, green beans and green peppers. Brought in a lovely bunch of Zinnia's for the livingroom!
