don't..thats what I would recomend, I do not like what freezing does to pasta, potatoes, and rice..that covers most grains..I think bread is fine if you reheat it and eat quickly..but not store and eat after a day or so...


But I know lots of people don't mind the flavor..and if you don't mind then I would go for one dish meals, like lasagna, or soup (a nice thick one), or potato bake....

I would however learn some ten minute meals, for those days when you don't want to cook, and are starving...my fav is potatoes with cheese and greenpeas..nuked potato with err cheese and green peas (nuked peas of course)
