My 2 cents, I wouldn't go for the uniforms especially if u r treated with more respect. I would think that you would more likely be promoted since they already seem to think of u as part of management.

On the other hand, if your clothing doesn't state "management", you might be better off in uniforms.

In the end, u have 2 do what u think is best.
