Default $80 for groceries for a family of 4??

Honest, my cousin's neighbor went to do her monthly shopping and she spent ~$80....my cousin told me because she was
My cousin spends ~$100 for just herself and her son...plus 3 dogs! (at which I ...we spend about ~$300 for five people + 1 dog in our house!!)
the $80 included chicken and meat, too!!...

Things that catch our attention:
she bought 2 lbs of rice only
she bought 6 rolls of toilet paper (for 4 people, for an entire month)
She makes 1/2 chicken for one meal to feed 4 people...
she has limited milk consumption to 1/2 glass per day per person

In our case, we came to the conclusion that food was such an important thing at home, we just can't think about limiting the amounts people can eat (and we can't think about people not being able to have seconds if they wanted to....)

Sorry, I just HAD to share this! I'm in shock!
