I'm the same way. Weekdays I work. Not too much opportunity to spend money, though I will occasionally pack my lunch and when 12:00 rolls around, I decide I really don't want what I brought so I'll get Chinese or something.
However, that gets more than balanced by the fact that we often get free lunches at work, so often I bring something in and don't need to use it that day. That happened today, so what I packed will just stay in the freezer and I'll eat it tomorrow.
As for today's unfrugal thing, I will eat dinner out tonite. I have a meeting to go to once a month and I always eat out on my way from work to the meeting. But I do this every month, so it isn't really out of my regular spending routine.
