Question, can we still make exchanges (here or ?) since most of us are not allowed on the trains anymore. Can we do straight exchanges? Where's the right place for that.

I'm a little frustrated that since I'm really new, I can't join a train. I don't have the ability to post a lot, even though I want to participate & do as much as I can. I do understand that there were trolls who got bad/greedy about the trains. Its a shame.
