Re: Stupid things people thought about Finance
This just backs up my feelings that we as families, churches and possibly schools need to teach the basics of personal finance. Some people don't know how to maintain a checkbook, let alone write a check. These things seem simple and basic, but some people just have never been taught.
I really think the value of compound interest should be taught in school at the very least. At least it would get the students brain working on wanting to save and how much more something would cost them on credit.
