This is the ethnio team here (who is conducting this interview you've posted) and we're a small company of 6 people studying how people use web sites and software and working with companies to make them easier to use.
This is not a survey! It's a screener to talk to very specific people about our software. We will
never call people for interviews that aren't actual users of the software we are testing, and if you don't get called, you can
not receive the $75.
