Freeze what you can, plan to use the rest in other meals. If you have so many leftovers that are going uneaten that it is sabotaging your weight and health goals, you need to figure out a way to cut down on the number of them or use them as meals in stead of in addition to meals.

I get sick of leftovers, but freezing them means I can have them much later instead of right after I had the original meal. I don't always freeze leftovers, but I am working on rememebring to do this. I'm also working on cooking just what we'll eat for one meal, sometimes, so that we don't have to deal with leftovers at all. I find that things get "lost" in the frig and end up being tossed. DH is much better about finding and eating leftovers.
