Here's one concern...sometimes it's not the amount of food people eat, but the types of food people eat that cna add weight. On my "diet" (really a lifestyle change) I have to eat 33 points of food a day...it works about, in healthy foods, to about 6 meals a day. 6 meals! That's a lot of food! But by eating the healthy food that much, I lose weight. And by shopping smart, I can save money.
