Default Re: When going out to eat, does price make a difference?

DH and I do not go to expensive restaraunts unless weve received a gift certificate.

We rarely eat at fast food.

When we do eat out, we eat at family priced restaurants and thoroughly enjoy ourselves...since it is just an occasional treat.

We usually go to a nice little pizza place that cooks the pizza in open flame ovens, a little mexican rest on the river, nice view...a steak house that lets us throw our peanut shells on the floor and you can watch them grilling all the meals through a window...

They are all fun places to go, and depending on the mood- offer the ambiance we are looking for.

I could never pay $100 for a meal for 2-3 people. ...no matter the reasons.
