I love my mortgage. I have a low, fixed, rate for 30 years. I would never have been able to afford a house in this crazy market without it. I just wish there was a bit less to love...
Oh well, we are getting there. I'm so glad I refinanced. Through a combination of good luck and good management, we got one of the lowest rates possible.
