Re: What simple things give you joy in your life?
- having a good workout (just did that - I love the sense of accomplishment especially as I didn't want to do it!)
- Watching my 11 year old step daughter (who just came home from overnight camp) ask if she could buy with her own money a gift certificate for her grandfather's birthday to his favourite restaurant.
- Fireflies
- helping a neighbour by walking across the street to tell her in laws that their phone is off the hook and she can't get ahold of them - easing her worry
- good conversation with good friends
- perfect summer days
- September (my favorite month of the year)
- paying our mortgage off (DID THAT YESTERDAY!!!) - ok that wasn't so simple!
