Hate to be a bearer of bad news but that is not exactly the case. If you are carrying a balance on a revolving credit account, then after your statement drops and you pay a portion of the total balance as payment, interest accrues/has accrued on the account.
If you simply mean, in general terms, that you are aware of the level of your balance in round figures, then yeah, I understand that.
It then becomes a choice between which compulsion to follow. The desire to send even amounts as payments, or the desire to make the balance even after payment. LOL
I just send as much as I can. I'm digging out of debt. Congrats and kudos to those who pay the balance each month. That is really the only wise course of action. More power to ya!
