1. Date activated should be the day confirmed.
2. You can send the 2 ING referrals right away, but we will hold them until we can confirm the information with Emigrant. Unfortunately, this has been taking a few weeks (it's the way that Emigrants works and not a whole lot we can do about it), but if you have already sent them, we can get them up the same day that we get confirmation.
