Peel the tomatos and take out the seeds (peels and seeds make the sauce 'bitter').
Fry some garlic and onions in olive oil
add some green peppers (no seeds)
Add the tomatoes
add water
let simmer
add some pepper, salt, basil and oregano (plenty of oregano)
let simmer some more
run through the blender

I like this one because it's easy and very tasty!
