I cook every day with the exception of going out.

(Knack for the obvious, I know) Seriously though, we have cut way back on our eating out, so it's pretty much up to me. I do try to cook once and eat twice. Anytime we have leftovers enough for another full meal, I love to repackage the food into freezer baggies and "bank" them for another night. I consider this free food as far as my grocery budget goes.
