Since many members seem to be shopping at Kroger's, I decided to find out more about it. Heres what I found out ( Before you read this, I will have you know that when i used Flash's startegies in conjunction with "couponmom", I saved a LOT!!!)

I also use flash's methods to stockpile and find peelies to get conditional discounts on meat and produce...works every time.
