Well, I hate to be the one to break it to your hubby, BUT, and of course this depends upon what he eats when you eat out. I work at a restaurant that is owned by my best friend. The chicken, pork chops, hamburger, ravioli are all, yep you guessed it FROZEN. The chicken is delivered frozen and it is slowly removed to be used as necessary. They are required by law to keep it frozen throughout delivery. It arrives in these funny brown boxes frozen and full of ice. major pain to put away sometimes. Oh, yeah and the fish is all kept frozen as well. Now, truth to be told, he could be eating steaks (which are not frozen) salad, spaghetti and stuff like that. but for the most part, restaurants freeze what they buy in excess. especially small restaurants.
