Throwing out food
This is another delema I have had recently. Please let me know your opinions on it and how you make it work. When you have extra food, do you throw it out or eat it?
I'm in the process of a diet. When I see food that needs to be eaten or it will soon go bad, I always eat it because I don't want it to go to waste. But this often means going against my diet and eating when I really shouldn't. So in this situation, what is the best thing to do?
Should I throw out the food for my health and waste it or not waste it and make it harder to improve my health?
