Have you noticed that diet Post cereal is promoting, where you have (their) cereal for two meals a day? I'm considering trying it because I've already got quite a stockpile of cold cereal already, and now this Kellogg's rebate thing has come up. I'd be killing two birds with one stone--using up the cheap cereal, and hopefully losing weight. Any brand would do, I suppose--the main thing seems to be using high fiber/whole grain cereals as opposed to, say, Froot Loops.
