There was a time when I couldn't tithe and I really felt guilty. Others condemned me for it. Then I read in 2 Corinthians 9:7 the following:

"Let each one give as he has made up his own mind and purposed in his heart, not reluctantly or sorrowfully or under compulsion for God loves a cheerful giver."

I did just that and the Lord opened up a way for me to have blessings untold. God looks at the heart and the willingness to give. Tithing will become a part of your daily life as doors will be opened up for you and your willingness to do it will increase as you will have tried everything else and feel why not give tithing a chance?
